Environmental Management Policy
The 21st century is expected to correctly become the environmental era during which better protection and restoration of the environment is undertaken.
Regional Ag Holdings Group recognizes the burden that business activities can place on the environment and on human life. Thus we have planned and will strive to attain and maintain a clear vision in pursuing a harmonious balance between economic development and environmental preservation. In addition to operating under strict, environmental preservation measures including ozone layer protection reduction, and energy and resource conservation - it is RAH's policy to develop operational systems that can actively alleviate existing environmental problems.
In order to help keep our environment pristine for later generations, we are putting great effort into environmental protection and resource management. This is how we approach our relationships with our customers and suppliers. For us, ecological and economical success are not in conflict. We believe that both require continued growth for the future.

DEFINITION:
Environment is the operations properties and its surroundings this includes air, water, land, natural resources, flora, fauna, humans, and their interrelation.
AUTHORITY / RESPONSIBILITY:
All management, employees and contractors of the company.
ACTIONS:
The company is committed to:
- Minimize and consider any significant adverse environmental impacts of new developments through the use of integrated environmental management processes and planning, particularly with our products and services.
- Development of environmental performance evaluation procedures and associated indicators.
- Prevent pollution, reduce waste and consumption of resources such as materials, fuel and energy and commit to recovery and recycling, as opposed to disposal wherever feasible.
- Education and training.
- Sharing environmental experience and solutions.
- Involvement of and communication with interested parties.
- Emphasise preventive rather than corrective action.
- Regular monitoring of technology to reduce consumption of resources.
- Using audits and management reviews to monitor and re-evaluate environmental objectives and targets; and to ensure continual improvement of Environment Management System.
The environmental policy shall be co-ordinated with the quality policy and occupational health and safety policy and communicated to all employees through the intranet and posting to staff noticeboards. This policy shall be displayed on the company's website thereby clearly communicating to the public the company's intentions towards the environment.
