Bungawalbin

The Property is a tea tree plantation located just south of Coraki, New South Wales, 50 kilometers from Casino and Lismore and 245 kilometers from Brisbane.

The Property is 1,076.7 hectares (or 2,660 acres) and is spread across two separate blocks of land. The land is level, with soils best described as sandy loam.

Of the 1,076.7 hectares, approximately 630 hectares are currently developed and are utilized for tea tree crops. The tea tree plantation consists of fields each being fully irrigated via Bungawalbin Creek. All channels, drains and return water systems are in place.

McCarthy's

McCarthy's is situated 5kms away from Bungawalbin. This property produces good quality tea tree oil. There are various areas of land yet to be developed for growing of Tea Tree.

Currently there is no distillery on this property and it is distilled at the Bungawalbin property distillery.
